DataPrecise®
… "Just-In-Time Data Quality"
Data quality, in reality, is based upon the manner in which the data will be used. The rules of data quality for an individual name may be vastly different when used in a delivery address as opposed to when it is used in the formal salutation of a letter. Furthermore, all the ways in which data may be used may not be readily apparent.
Unlike end-to-end data quality solutions that are designed to cleanse large databases, DataPrecise is designed to ensure data quality when it is needed.
DataPrecise can be used with virtually any data file, on any computer platform, in a single pass with no custom-written programming.
DataPrecise can perform all the functions of end-to-end solutions (e.g. standardization, normalization, consolidation, validation and enhancement); but does it at a fraction of the cost and time.
DataPrecise consists of six tightly integrated functional towers. Functional towers may be licensed individually or as an entire suite.
A user maintainable knowledgebase controls the behavior of the individual functions: this provides users with direct and total control of all functions.
You can use DataPrecise either as:
It can be added to the workflow of other applications or integrated within other software.
The DataPrecise functional towers are:
Offensivness Screening. Offensivness Screening provides the ability to find, identify, rate and remove records containing offensive and flippant words and phrases. The screening functionality is both knowledgebase and algorythm driven and results in a low false positive rate while finding virtually all offensive and flippant entries. The multi-lingual Offensive Word Knowledgebase contains over 7,000 entries and is easily maintainable through the Knowledgebase Administrator. Offensivness Screening may be used in conjuction with all other Functional Towers.
File Conversion. This performs such functions as reformatting multiple files of different formats into a common format as well as normalization of individual data elements.
